Before you pay

Each workshop listing sets out the activity, date, session times, price per person and what is included or needs bringing. Check your chosen session and total price in Stripe before paying. If the checkout and website disagree, please contact us before booking. We are not currently VAT registered.

Payment is through Stripe. Keep your booking confirmation and these terms for your records. Contact us if payment is taken but you do not receive confirmation.

If you cancel or cannot attend

Except for Women’s Creative Collective bookings, bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable if you cancel or cannot attend, subject to your statutory rights and applicable consumer law. Please contact us promptly if there is a problem. We will not retain any amount that the law requires us to refund.

Our workshops are leisure activities on specified dates. The usual 14 day change of mind cancellation right for online purchases generally does not apply. This does not remove your rights if we fail to provide the agreed service.

Women’s Creative Collective bookings are refundable. Please get in touch with your booking details to request a refund.

If we cancel or change your workshop

If we cancel, we will offer a refund or, where available and you agree, a transfer. You do not have to accept a transfer instead of a refund. If we change the date or make another significant change, we will contact you and offer a refund if the alternative is not suitable.

Taking part

Please follow the tutor’s safety instructions and bring the items specified in the listing. Contact us before booking to discuss accessibility, an adjustment, suitability or dietary requirements. Only share information needed for your requested arrangements.

Your rights and complaints

We must provide services with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these terms excludes your statutory rights or limits liability where unlawful, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.

If something is not right, contact us with your booking details and explain what happened so we can respond and try to resolve it.

Other purchases

These terms cover dated workshops only. Online gift vouchers, click and collect and Christmas tree preorders are not yet available to purchase on this website. Appropriate product details and purchase terms will be provided before those services open.

See our privacy notice for how we use booking information.
